A simple yet healthy way to cook cauliflower. By slicing the cauliflower into thin, small pieces and coating them in a blend of olive oil and spices, they become tender in the oven. This light and healthy dish is an excellent side or a nutritious snack that highlights the taste of the vegetable.
Ingredients :
- 1 kg cauliflower
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sweet red paprika powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and slice it into thin, small florets or slices, then spread them evenly across the prepared baking tray.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, sweet red paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to create a spice infusion.
- Brush or drizzle this spice mixture over the cauliflower pieces, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
