Ingredients :

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1/2 cup crumbled white cheese (feta style)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley

Preparation :

  • Start by thoroughly washing the tomatoes, peppers, and parsley in cold water.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small, bite-sized slices; thinly slice the peppers and finely chop the parsley.
  • In a serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, peppers, and parsley, tossing them gently to mix.
  • Add the crumbled white cheese, olive oil, and salt over the vegetable mixture.
  • Mix everything one last time to ensure the flavors are well combined.
