Bakery Recipes

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup warm yogurt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • Flour as needed
  • 1/4 bunch parsley and dill
  • 1 small bowl crumbled white cheese
  • 1 egg yolk (for topping)
  • Nigella seeds or sesame (for topping)

Preparation :

  • Mix yogurt, melted butter, vegetable oil, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder, kneading to form a dough.
  • Chop parsley and dill finely, mix with crumbled cheese.
  • Form small dough balls, fill each with 1 tsp of cheese mixture, shape into rounds, and place on a baking tray.
  • Let the dough rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Brush the tops with egg yolk and optionally sprinkle with nigella seeds or sesame.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
