Ingredients :

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large onions
  • 5 sheets yufka dough
  • 1 small cup yogurt
  • 1 small cup milk
  • 1/2 small cup melted butter
  • 1/2 small cup sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation :

  • Boil and peel the potatoes, then mash them.
  • Sauté minced meat in a pan. Chop onions finely and add when the meat starts cooking.
  • Add enough hot water to prevent burning, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Mix mashed potatoes with minced meat, add salt and pepper.
  • Separate 1 egg yolk for brushing on top.
  • For the sauce, mix yogurt, milk, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, and oil.
  • Spread the sauce on a yufka sheet, fold, spread more sauce, then cut into 8 triangular pieces.
  • Place 1 tbsp filling on each, roll the dough, and place on a baking tray.
  • Mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp oil and brush on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes using top and bottom heat.
