Meat Dishes
Ingredients :
- 350 g minced meat
- 7 medium zucchinis
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 green peppers
- 3 medium onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tea glass (90 g) olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 cup hot water
Preparation :
- Wash and peel the zucchinis, then cut into rounds. Place in a large bowl, add 1/2 tea glass olive oil and 1 tsp salt, mix well.
- Transfer zucchinis to a baking dish and bake in preheated 200°C oven for 40 minutes without over-browning.
- Chop the onions.
- Sauté minced meat on low heat. After lightly browning, add 1/4 tea glass olive oil and onions, cover, and continue cooking.
- Chop peppers and tomatoes, slice the garlic.
- Add peppers to the meat and continue cooking. When peppers soften, add tomato paste. After paste cooks slightly, add tomatoes.
- Once tomatoes are lightly cooked, add salt, sweet paprika, and black pepper. Pour in hot water, stir briefly, then remove from heat.
- Remove zucchinis from the oven, pour the meat mixture over them. Arrange sliced garlic on top and bake in preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
