Vegetable Dishes
Ingredients :
- 500 g okra
- 1 onion
- 1.5 medium tomatoes
- Just under half a tea glass olive oil
- 1.5 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 level tsp salt
- 2.5 cups hot water
- Half a lemon, juiced
Preparation :
- Wash and trim okra, cut the ends.
- Chop onion and tomatoes.
- In a pot, sauté onion in olive oil on low heat until soft.
- Add tomatoes and cook covered until soft.
- Add paprika, salt, hot water, lemon juice, and okra.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 60 min.
