Vegetable Dishes

Ingredients :

  • 750 g purslane
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • Half a tea glass olive oil
  • 2 tbsp coarse bulgur
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation :

  • Wash, clean, and roughly chop the purslane.
  • Chop onion and tomato into small pieces, crush or finely chop garlic.
  • In a pot, add oil, onion, purslane, tomato, paprika, salt, and garlic.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat for 35 min without stirring.
  • Rinse bulgur and add it to the pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 min.
  • If water dries out, add half a cup of hot water to prevent burning.
