Breakfast Dishes
Ingredients :
- 2 kg peaches
- 2.5 cups sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation :
- Wash and peel the peaches, then cut them as shown in the pictures.
- Place the cut peaches in a large pot and add the sugar.
- Cook over medium-low heat with the lid slightly open for 60 minutes.
- Blend the cooked peaches with a hand mixer.
- Cook the blended jam for another 20 minutes and add the lemon juice.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes after adding lemon juice, then remove from heat.
