Breakfast Dishes

Ingredients :

  • 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet red paprika powder
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 150 g white cheese
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 1 slice of bread

Preparation :

  • Chop the walnuts or pulse coarsely in a food processor.
  • Place the tomato paste in a large bowl and add the chopped walnuts.
  • Grate the garlic, crumble the cheese and bread.
  • Add the grated garlic, paprika, cheese, bread, oil, thyme, mint, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a jar and store in the fridge.
