Ingredients :
- Zest of 4 lemons
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 6 cups water
- Juice of 3 lemons
Preparation :
- Grate the lemon zest and add it to a large bowl.
- Add the sugar over the zest and crush together well to release the flavors.
- Pour in 6 cups of water and stir. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours up to 1 day.
- After chilling, squeeze the juice of 3 lemons into the mixture and stir.
- Serve the lemonade in glasses.
