Salad Recipes
Ingredients :
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 3 green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Half teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation :
- Wash and chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers into small pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
- Peel the onion, slice it thinly, and squeeze the lemon juice over it.
- Add the onion, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
- Optional: top with cheese slices, pomegranate seeds, or pomegranate molasses.
