Salad Recipes

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • Half a cup pomegranate seeds
  • Quarter bunch parsley
  • 5-6 dill sprigs
  • 2 green onions
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Half teaspoon salt

Preparation :

  • Wash the lentils and place them in a pot. Add water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the lentils and let them cool.
  • Chop the red bell pepper and pickles into small pieces.
  • Wash and finely chop the dill, parsley, and green onions.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled lentils with the chopped vegetables, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pomegranate seeds. Mix well.
