Pasta Recipes
Ingredients :
- 1 pack spaghetti pasta
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (for topping)
Preparation :
- Wash the mushrooms and peppers, then dice them.
- Peel and chop the tomato and onion into small pieces.
- In a large pot, combine the pasta, chopped mushrooms, peppers, tomato, onion, tomato paste, pepper paste, olive oil, and salt.
- Add enough boiling water to cover the ingredients by about 1 finger’s width. Cook while stirring occasionally.
- After about 9 minutes, when the pasta is cooked and most of the water has evaporated, turn off the heat. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and serve.
